But the Path of the Righteous...

What is a BLIND MIND? Paul wrote -"the god of this age has blinded the minds of the unbelieving so that the light of the gospel of the glory of Christ, who is the image of God, will not shine on them."

 Blind men can't see - so the BLIND MIND can't see the good news of Jesus Christ. The BLIND MIND thinks there is more to GIVE UP than TO GAIN. 

The BLIND MIND thinks more about the RELIGIOUS RESTRICTIONS than all the true SPIRITUAL RICHES. 

The BLIND MIND values worldly vanities above the treasure of wisdom and knowledge hidden in Christ Jesus. 

The BLIND MIND is full of self and void of Spirit, open to Satan and closed to Christ. 

THE BLIND MIND processes thoughts by what seems right in its own eyes. 

The mind of the Spirit receives the light of revelation. Blind men must FEEL their way along - so men with BLIND MINDS live by feelings called "Lusts." 

Spiritual men walk in the light as they are led by the Spirit of truth. 

BLIND MINDS stumble because of the things they can't see, but the path of the righteous is like the first gleam of dawn shining ever brighter until the full light of day. The god of this age desires to keep us in the dark - but Jesus said "I am the light of the world, he who follows me will never walk in darkness but will have the light of life."
